The CV is not the person.
Capability matters more than credentials
We've both been turned down by companies that never looked past a piece of paper. We know how that feels, and we've decided not to work that way. What we care about is what you can actually do, how you think about problems, and what drives you to keep learning. A degree, a job title, a perfectly formatted resume, none of these tell us whether you'll help us build something worth building.
Show us a GitHub repo, a portfolio, a side project, a tool you made because you needed it. Tell us how you think, not where you studied. Be honest about where you are, we're a startup, we're all figuring things out.
What matters is that you take the work seriously.
